BloomHer is provided by Isac Wester (sole trader, Sweden). By using BloomHer you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Who BloomHer is for
BloomHer is for women 18 and older who want to build healthier habits around lust, porn, explicit content and fantasy. It is a self-help companion, not medical care, therapy or a diagnosis. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
Subscriptions
- BloomHer is a paid app with auto-renewing subscriptions (yearly or weekly). Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your currency.
- Where a free trial is offered, you won't be charged during the trial. When it ends, the subscription starts and you're charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; refunds can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
What you write and answer stays on your phone. See our Privacy Policy for what leaves it and why.
Use of the app
Use BloomHer for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. The tree illustration, design and content belong to BloomHer.
No guarantees
BloomHer gives you tools, a plan and encouragement; results depend on many things and are not guaranteed. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@bloomher.site. Swedish law applies, without limiting the consumer protections of the country you live in.
